1986 Boys Soccer Team

Inducted into the Randolph Athletic Hall of Fame in 2017, the 1986 Boys Soccer Team is celebrated as Randolph's only Boy’s Soccer State Championship Team, achieving the title of Group Champion. With an impressive record of 18 wins, 6 losses, and 1 tie, the team was ranked 9th overall in the state and placed 2nd in the Morris County Tournament. Over their four-year span, the seniors on this team boasted a remarkable record of 73 wins, 8 losses, and 2 ties, earning the titles of Morris County Champions and Kearny Tournament Champions. The team’s journey included a flawless freshman season of 17-0-1, a strong sophomore year of 16-1, and an outstanding junior year of 22-1. This team not only continued the legacy of the undefeated 1985 team but also triumphed over Scotch Plains in the Sections, solidifying their place in Randolph's athletic history.
