Melissa Adams-Zuromski
1989-1992
One of Randolph’s most versatile and decorated runners, Melissa Adams-Zuromski excelled across three sports—cross country, winter track, and spring track—earning 10 varsity letters and serving as team captain in all three during her senior year.
A standout on the track, Adams-Zuromski’s range stretched from the 300m to the 2-mile, and she set school records in the 1600m for both winter (5:16) and spring (5:09) seasons. Her teams were dominant, winning 10 of 12 major championships in winter track and a perfect 12 of 12 in spring, compiling an unbeaten 29-0 dual-meet record.
