Andrew Voelker
1991-1993
A cornerstone of Randolph’s success in the early 1990s, Andrew Voelker was a powerful two-way player who excelled at both center and linebacker. A First Team All-State selection in 1993, Voelker was known for his exceptional blocking and precision in the “shotgun” formation, as well as his consistency on long snaps—skills that anchored one of the state’s most efficient offenses.
Defensively, Voelker was just as impactful, recording 129 tackles and five interceptions, two of which he returned for touchdowns during the 1993 season. His leadership and all-around excellence helped Randolph capture its eighth consecutive IHC Conference Championship, finishing 9-1-1 and ranked 16th in New Jersey.
A three-year starter and team captain, Voelker was an integral part of Randolph’s remarkable 29–4 (.888) record over his varsity career.
