Tom Tinus

1972-2004

Tom Tinus, a dedicated contributor to youth sports in Randolph, was inducted into the Randolph Athletic Hall of Fame in 2016 for his remarkable contributions from 1972 to 2004. Over his 33 years as a Randolph Bulldog football coach, he not only shaped the lives of countless young athletes but also served as the Randolph Township Football Program Coordinator for 8 years. His leadership extended to the Morris County Youth Football League, where he held the positions of President and Vice President for 22 years, earning him a place in the Morris County Youth Football Hall of Fame in 2002. Tinus was recognized with the Lifetime Achievement Award from both Randolph Recreation Sports and the National Football Foundation in 2002 and 2004, respectively. A passionate advocate for youth sports, he was a major fundraiser and served three terms on the Randolph Recreation Committee, positively impacting over 1,000 boy and girl athletes throughout his career.
