1988-2019

Linda Poppy dedicated more than three decades to Randolph athletics, building successful programs in both field hockey and swimming. As head field hockey coach from 1988-1997, she guided the Rams to a 96-52 record, capturing two conference championships, two county championships, and a state sectional title while helping establish the program as a consistent contender.

Poppy's greatest impact came in the pool, where she served as head boys and girls swimming coach from 1993-2019. Over 30 seasons, her teams compiled an outstanding 413-179 record while winning 10 conference championships, five county championships, and three state sectional championships. Through her leadership, dedication, and commitment to excellence, Linda Poppy became one of the most successful and respected coaches in Randolph High School history.
