1980-1992

From 1980 to 1992, Don Bostrom led the Randolph boys and girls swim teams to sustained excellence, building a legacy defined by championship success and program-wide consistency.

Under his leadership, the Rams captured 3 IHC Conference titles, 3 Morris County Championships, and 2 State Sectional titles. Bostrom’s teams compiled an outstanding dual meet record of 117–31, a .791 winning percentage that reflects both competitive strength and long-term discipline.

As the head coach of both programs, Bostrom helped establish Randolph swimming as one of the most respected programs in the region.
