Geriann Silvestri Rotando

1982-1994

Geriann Silvestri Rotando played a pivotal role in Randolph athletics, guiding two programs to exceptional success during her coaching tenure.

As head coach of the gymnastics team from 1982 to 1994, she led the Rams to 3 IHC Conference titles, 4 Morris County Championships, and 2 State Sectional Championships. Her teams compiled a 77–27 dual meet record—a strong .740 winning percentage.

Rotando also served as assistant coach for the spring track team from 1982 to 1987, helping the program capture 4 IHC Conference titles, 6 County Championships, and 2 State Sectional titles. The team posted an outstanding 45–6 record during her time on staff, with an .880 winning percentage.

Her impact on both programs helped set a high standard for excellence and teamwork that lasted well beyond her years on the sidelines.
