Tarig Holman
1993-1995
One of Morris County’s all-time great hurdlers, Tarig Holman was a multi-sport standout who excelled in track and football. A member of the 1994 and 1995 Star-Ledger All-State Teams, Holman dominated the hurdles and contributed across numerous events, including sprints, jumps, and relays.
He set school and county records in the 55m hurdles (7.64) and 110m hurdles (14.34)—both of which still stand today. Holman was a county and conference champion in the high hurdles for both 1994 and 1995, placing 3rd at the Meet of Champions in both winter and spring seasons.
A true leader, Holman was team captain in 1995 for both winter track and football, helping Randolph capture 12 major titles over two years while also starring on the gridiron as a dynamic two-way player.
