Sue Wahl
1981-1984
Sue Wahl, a standout gymnast from Randolph High School, was inducted into the Randolph Athletic Hall of Fame in 2021 for her remarkable achievements during her high school career from 1981 to 1984. As a three-year varsity athlete, she made a significant impact on the gymnastics team, leading them to an impressive 12-0 record in 1982 and a cumulative team record of 29-3 over her tenure. Wahl was a two-time State Sectional Vault Champion in 1981 and 1983, and she earned a spot on the 1981 All-State Team after finishing 2nd in the State Vault Competition with a score of 9.50. In 1983, she was crowned the Morris County All-Around Champion and Beam Champion, further solidifying her legacy in Randolph athletics as a dedicated competitor and team co-captain.
