Patrick Marsh
1983-1985
Patrick Marsh played a key role during one of the most successful stretches in Randolph soccer history. A Star-Ledger All-State selection in 1985, Marsh also earned Coaches All-State honors across multiple levels—All-Group 3, All-Group, and Regional All-American.
A three-year varsity contributor, Marsh helped lead Randolph to its first-ever Morris County Championship and three consecutive IHC Conference titles. The 1985 team went 21–1, was ranked #1 in the state during the season, and finished the year ranked 6th overall. Marsh served as tri-captain alongside Jim Zepp and Keith Frawley.
Over his three-year career, the Rams posted a dominant 55–8–4 record (.873), including a 27-game winning streak spanning his final two seasons. The 1985 squad still holds program records for wins (21), fewest losses (1), goals scored (90), goals allowed (9), and shutouts (16)—a testament to the historic impact of Marsh and his teammates.
