Mike Stingone
1980-1983
Mike Stingone was a dominant two-way player who helped lead Randolph to its first-ever State Sectional Championship in 1983. A Star-Ledger All-State selection that year, Stingone excelled at both offensive guard and linebacker, leading the team with 62 tackles and 10 sacks.
The 1983 squad, remembered for the legendary “Linden Game,” finished 10–1 and was ranked 8th in New Jersey. Over his three varsity seasons, the Rams compiled an impressive 26–5 record (.834), with Stingone providing leadership and impact on both sides of the ball. He served as team captain his senior year.
