Mike McCambley

1992-1994

A true all-around talent, Mike McCambley excelled in every phase of the game for Randolph football—quarterback, safety, kicker, and punter—and was named to the 1994 Star-Ledger First Team All-State. As a senior, he completed 64 of 109 passes for 1,011 yards and 10 touchdowns, added 190 rushing yards, and contributed 64 tackles, 5 interceptions, and 4 forced fumbles on defense.

Also a standout special teams performer, McCambley kicked 2 field goals and 34 extra points, averaged 35 yards per punt, and totaled 72 points on the season.

During his three varsity years, Randolph posted a 29–4 record (.888), including a 10–1 campaign in 1994, extending the program’s streak to nine straight IHC Championships. A team captain in 1993, McCambley epitomized versatility and leadership.
