Lester Davis
1978-1982
Lester Davis left a lasting legacy on Randolph athletics with a remarkable blend of talent, versatility, and consistency. A four-year varsity starter in soccer, he earned Star-Ledger First Team All-State honors in 1981 after leading the team with 30 goals and 15 assists.
Over his high school career, Davis amassed 102 goals and 53 assists, helping power Randolph to a 60–21 record during his four seasons. His senior year included conference and sectional championships, and a top-15 ranking in the state.
A rare three-sport state finalist, Davis represented Randolph in Group 3 Championship competition in soccer, basketball, and track—a testament to his all-around athletic excellence.
