Brian Delehanty
1995-1997
Brian Delehanty was one of Randolph baseball’s finest two-way players, excelling as both a dominant pitcher and elite hitter. A 1997 First Team All-State selection, he posted a three-year ERA of 1.48 and struck out 190 batters in 142 innings while also producing one of the best offensive seasons in school history.
As a senior, Delehanty hit .548 and drove in a school-record 53 runs. Over his junior and senior seasons, he batted .497 with 82 hits, 10 home runs, and 76 RBI. He helped Randolph win three conference titles, two county championships, and two sectional championships, including a 24-2 season and No. 6 state ranking in 1997. He continued his career at Rutgers, where he helped win two Big East Championships.
