Rich McLaughlin

Rich McLaughlin, a distinguished ice hockey coach at Randolph High School since 1994, was inducted into the Randolph Athletic Hall of Fame in 2021. Under his leadership, the team has achieved an impressive record of 442 wins, 179 losses, and 66 ties, boasting a winning percentage of .711. McLaughlin has guided the team to nine Group Championships and four Mennen Cup Championships, solidifying Randolph's reputation in high school hockey with consistent rankings in the top 20 for 18 of the last 19 years. His accolades include being named the Star Ledger Coach of the Year in 2003, and he was inducted into the NJSCA Hall of Fame in 2007 and the NJ High School Hockey Hall of Fame in 2012. Additionally, he was recognized as one of the two coaches on the All-Time Morris County Scholastic Hockey League team, reflecting his significant impact on the sport.
