Don Baubles
1980-2005
Coach Don Baubles was a cornerstone of Randolph athletics for over two decades, leading multiple programs to success. As head girls soccer coach from 1980 to 1988, he guided his teams to four IHC Conference titles, three Morris County Championships, and four State Sectional Championships, compiling an impressive 138–32 record (.812).
In 1983, his team went 23–1, earning Baubles recognition as the New Jersey State Soccer Coach of the Year and a #2 state ranking. Six of his former players from that era are now Randolph Hall of Fame inductees, including Laura Kerrigan, the 1985 State Player of the Year.
Baubles also coached baseball (1987–1989), softball (1995–2005), and boys soccer (1998–2002), leaving a lasting legacy of excellence and mentorship across Randolph athletics.
